We all feel them.

When you feel these emotions,* you’re rehearsing a mistake you’ve made in the past or anxious that the future is going to be awful.

The problem is, these past and future moments are largely (if not completely) out of your control.

However, there is a way to alleviate this suffering.

Live in this moment.

When you focus on this moment, you realize you can handle just about anything, one moment at a time.

The past becomes a distant memory you can do nothing about and the future a possible scenario you’re more than equipped to handle.

You’re free.

*Unless you’re running from an angry bear/tiger/lion/etc. Then, this feeling is normal and I suggest you move faster.
