What does “success” mean anyway?

For thousands of years, people have been striving to feel successful. For the last 100 or so, the definition has included – “out-achieve everyone else.”

Since the advent of social media, we can now compare our achievements to other’s achievements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This constant comparison to others increases stress and steals our joy.
