As a recovering overachiever, my biggest challenge is being present.
I believe I can enrich my future self by constantly planning and borrowing worry from tomorrow, next week, next month, etc.
If you’re like me, remember that planning and worrying are influenced by the law of diminishing returns.
In other words, after you’ve done what is within your control, there’s zero value in additional analysis.
Let it go.
