For 19 years, executives have wanted to talk about an issue they assumed no one else struggled with – stress, worry and anxiety.

The truth is we’re all challenged with pressure to be the perfect leader, entrepreneur, employee, parent, friend, etc.
And, as you can probably attest, at times this burden can feel overwhelming.
When these feelings arise, remember this phrase – “Whatever resists persists.”
In other words, don’t fight the emotion in an effort to make it disappear.
Just let it be.
It can seem like an overwhelming problem. But remember: make one small shift in your thinking over and over, and your life’s trajectory will be drastically changed.
