A small change in wording can change how you view your day.
<>
This is, as most of you know, a lie.
You have the same number of hours in the day as a teacher raising kids who takes courses at night to get a graduate degree, the CEO of a billion-dollar company, or a world-class athlete training for the Olympics.
Following through on your commitments has very little to do with the number of hours in a day.
If you’re interested in eliminating the phrase “I don’t have enough time” from your vocabulary, start by asking this question – What do I care most about?
Your answer will help you to ruthlessly prioritize. This process allows you to replace “I don’t enough have time” with “I choose to do something else”.
The subtle shift in wording can change your life.
