I trust that life unfolds moment by moment… delivering some good, some bad and an occasional kick to the groin.

As a result, every morning I face a simple question: “What do I do with these circumstances?”

My response is heavily influenced by the perspective through which I see the world.

If I chose to see my day as filled with obstacles, difficult people, and boring meetings, I’ll end up tired and frustrated by 5pm.

However, if I decide to see opportunity in my schedule (which I do about 68.3% of the time… I am still a work in progress), my day is filled with gratitude, productivity, and a healthy sense of accomplishment.

Every day is a new opportunity to be intentional.
