All this success advice has convinced us that feeling down, tired, anxious, or frustrated is for losers who don’t have the discipline to spend their lunch hour eating a kale shake, while doing pullups and reciting positive affirmations.
These unrealistic expectations have left millions of professionals feeling lost and depressed.
