As a recovering overachiever, I’ve struggled with this word over the years.

The people pleaser in me often committed to countless activities that jammed my schedule with endless meetings and tasks.

All of this effort left me tired, stressed, and frustrated.

Then, one day, I had an epiphany. (This is probably a little dramatic – it actually took years for this to sink in…)

Every “yes” to one thing was a clear “no” to something else.

We can’t do it all.
