There’s a big difference between “feeling” grateful and “practicing” gratitude.

It’s one thing to recognize that I’m grateful for having a roof over my head. It’s something different to visit a homeless shelter to volunteer.
One makes you feel better for a moment and the other has the power to change your life.
On this day of Thanksgiving, I’d like to offer us all the challenge of actively practicing gratitude.
If you’re not sure where to start, here’s a simple exercise.
Pick a person who’s made a meaningful difference in your life and send them a handwritten note.
I wish you a very blessed Thanksgiving and holiday season!
