The easiest way for you to stay tuned in is to simply notice what you’re noticing. Or, notice new things about the things you thought you knew.
How many shades can you count on a leaf? Where do you feel the tension and/or anxiety in your body?
It will feel silly and uncomfortable at first. Lean into it.
